◇ 関西粉モノ


っと言えば"お好み焼き"と"たこ焼"。
嫁入り道具に鉄板必須っと言われる関西でも、さすがに
"たこ焼器"普及率は5家に1家位かな?。

"たこ焼"っと言うものの、具がタコとは限りません。
冷蔵庫にある余り物を色々入れちゃうのが普通(?)です。
今回はチーズ入りと煮しめののコンニャク入りをして見ました。
(コンニャクは○、チーズは△・・・青海苔と合わなかった^^;)
