古い機種だが、パワフル･コンパクトで収納性もバツグンな逸品。お気に入りなので、なんとか(もちろんお金を掛けずに)復活させたい。
交換用電池も中古。

1500mAのミニ単二型(SC：サブC)ニッカド電池が5本直列になったパックx2が入っていた。
コレを、以前廃棄した別のB&D製品から取り出した同規格の電池と交換する。
10本が直列かつ変則的につながっていた物をバラシ、切ったり貼ったり(繋いだり)して何とか押し込む。
このモデルは、ホースと備品を一緒に収めて置ける所が特に良い。
BLACK&DECKER製品全般に言えることだと思うが、電池の持ちが悪く、また寿命も短いように感じる。しかし、これは(サイズの割りに)パワフルさとバーターなのだろうがら、致し方なしか。
ダメ電池のパッケージを剥がして見ても、外観的にはパンクしてるセルは無かった。
一応復活はできたが、交換した電池も古い＆弱っているモノなので先は見えてる感じ。
今更ニッカド電池でもないだろうから、今度は18650ｘ3本直式にでもモディファイしたい。
